Tuesday, April 23rd

This morning's Blueberry Muffin was from Mellow Moods. This is currently my favorite local Blueberry Muffin. Moist with lots of Berries.
Curried Cauliflower, Grilled Tofu and O'Brien Potatoes (leftover from the breakfast buffet) from WF's for lunch...
Mr. SVegetarian made Spaghetti with TJ's Meatless Meatballs for dinner.
The last third of a piece of Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake from Dawson's Market for dessert.
WFH grub tomorrow.

Oooh what a great food day! That muffin looks so moist and delicious! Is there streusel on top? Kinda looks like it but I can't tell. That would take it over the top for sure. Love streusel.

The WFs hot bar items look really great! A perfect combo and how great that they had the potatoes. Yum! How nice that Mr. SVegetarian cooked, looks good as always. Such a bummer that the cheesecake is gone!!

Now that's a blueberry muffin! I'm glad you found one in the area that has a decent amount of berries. It looks really good!

That cheesecake would never have lasted more than a day or two in this house..... I give you a lot of credit for your restraint!

It looks like our WFs were communicating regarding the curried cauliflower.

I was seriously considering spaghetti for dinner tonight, but didn't have any sauce (or noodles, or meatless meatballs). Thank you for enjoying it for me. ;)

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, thanks for noticing the Streusel on top of the Muffin. I wanted to mention that, but didn't know how to tie it into the description in a colloquial way.

Molly, I give myself credit for the Cheesecake restraint as well. Oh, how sick I would've been if I ate the whole piece at once.

Ingrid, my Curried Cauliflower did taste remarkably enlightened. What do you keep in your pantry if not pasta and sauce?

Hannah, funny you should mention White Vegetables. I'm thinking of exploring the world of White Vegetables a little more in depth.
