Friday, April 19th

A still semi-frozen Blueberry Muffin from Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast. Doubt I'll buy more of these...
A 'SkinnyLicious Fresh Vegetable Salad' Asparagus, Green Beans, Tomato, Cucumber, Roasted Beets, Apple Edamame, Radicchio, Romaine (no cheese) with Pomegranate Vinaigrette for lunch at
The Cheesecake Factory...
Artichokes for dinner. The outer leaves were still bitter, so I just ate the chokes.
Way too much healthy grub today. Had to make myself literally nauseous with an overdose of TJ's CC Almonds for dessert.
Hoping to do well food-wise tomorrow. Big plans.

I wish there really was such a thing as "apple edamame". It would surely be AMAZING.

Beets in a Shen salad! Never thought I'd see the day.
Gotta look harder for those almonds.

Hooray! One of (many) guesses! I know that salad well, as it seems to be my go-to at Cheesecake Factory.

Hmm. . .perhaps a couple more weeks on the 'chokes before they are fully ready? I'm stalking the strawberries, too - hoping they peak soon!

Re: the other day you gave me this list of "must eat there" in VA - thank you! Grandma is coming here next month, so I'm not sure when I'll be out but at least I'll have the list ready!

The salad sounds awesome! Lots of great stuff going on in there.

I hope your plans go well today. I'll be looking forward to reading about them!

Hey Now!!!!

GFHTummy, when are you going to post again? We all need an update on life as a struggling actress in Manhattan. Although, 'That Girl' was on retro tv recently. Loved that show.

Hannah, uh oh, did I leave out a comma? Cut & paste doesn't always cooperate.

FF, two comments! Thanks, makes me look way more popular. Totally thought of you when I saw the Beets in my Salad. They weren't offensive. I didn't see any Almonds either come to think of it.

Ingrid, it's a surprisingly good Salad for a big chain restaurant. Great for shoveling in. I agree, the 'chokes might've been from last year or sumthin. How cool that Grandma is coming to Denver.

Molly, thanks! Rarely do I do 'cultural' type things like you do, but I did today, and now I am completely wiped out from it.
