200% Delicious Day

Whole Food's Salad Bar for lunch. Love those crunchy Soy Nuts on top. Everytime I see Hearts of Palm, I think of Rose. She really loves them.
Field Roast with Baked Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus. Road's End Gravy on top.
A slice of Sarah Kramer's 'Like A Virgin' Cherry Pie for dessert. Again, I had no desire to bake a Cherry Pie in February, but it's a pretty damn good recipe! Lowered expectations? Perhaps. Just sayin' don't be deterred by lack of fresh Cherries, the frozen kind worked well for me.

Souper Sunday

Navy Bean Soup from Mom's Place for lunch.
It occurred to me I could have an easy blog title if I had soup for dinner too, so the rest of the homemade Vegetable Soup it was.

PB & Banana on Yoga Bread for dessert.

Multicolor Veganess

A Wegman's Salad Bar Salad for lunch.
Boca Chik'n Patties and Rice & Beans for dinner. Can't recommend the Rice & Beans, way too sweet.
Like A Virgin Cherry Pie from Sarah Kramer's 2011 Calendar (month of February) for dessert. (I used frozen Cherries, Triple Sec for the Grand Marnier and Pecans instead of Walnuts). Very gourmet result from a simple recipe.

Can't Complain

A No Meato Burrito from California Tortilla.

Meatloaf with Country Bob's, Boiled Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus.

The last of the old CranCrazies. I do not waste food and I have super strong teeth.

Asian, American and Alician Cuisine

Michelle2's post got me seriously craving Asian, so it was Spicy Curried Tofu from Kobe Grill for lunch.

Homemade Vegetable Soup for dinner.

A Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup for dessert. These have definitely improved with age.

WTF Wednesday

Mr. SV was WTFing today too and wanted Veggie Burgers and Tots for lunch, so I had them as well.
Leftover Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna for dinner. I poured some Marinara Sauce on it prior to reheating to help with the dryness issue.
I made a batch of Alicia Silverstone's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups today, so look forward to seeing these babies over the next couple weeks (unless Mr. SV catches wind of them, then they won't be around as long).

I Should Eat Like This Every Day

Hummus & Greek Salad Wrap from Cafesano. Hummus wrapped with Romaine, Roma Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, Green Peppers, Red Onion and Vinaigrette. Some Red Pepper Hummus on the side.
A bowl of the Vegetable Soup that I made over the weekend.
The last piece of Morgan's Chocolate Nutty Brownies and a scoop of Dulce De Leche for dessert.

Flows and Tsos

Finally amassed all the ingredients to make my first Lava Flow today. Obviously, more practice is required so I can successfully fill an entire glass with this Hawaiian treat.
Gardein Crispy Fingers and Heinz-57 followed shortly after.
General Tso's Tempeh with Black Rice and Broccoli for dinner.

The Weather Blew Me Away, As Did The Food

Veggie Dogs at Haute Dogs and Fries for lunch. When the dogs arrived at our table, we were surprised to see they'd been deep fried, but they were certainly no worse for wear.
Mr. SV said these were the best fries he's ever had.
My Baked Beans. Not just regular old Heinz, but high quality BBs that had been heated in a microwave. It appears this restaurant is doing a few things extremely well, rather than doing many things in a mediocre fashion.
Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna for dinner. A little dry this time, could've used more sauce.
Nona's Cucina Chips for dessert.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

WGAS WGAF Friday

A gratuitous critter pic to start things off with because the lunch pic didn't turn out. Shield your eyes.

Field Greens with Avocado, Tomato and Fat-Free Balsamic from California Pizza Kitchen.
Gardenburgers with Country Bob's and Tater Babies w/Elise's Fry Sauce. Thanks to Michelle2 for turning me on to two new tasty food items! (Warning: Do not go to Country Bob's website. There is a major Suicide Food situation going on).

TJ's Chocolate Covered Cherries for dessert.

Food N' Stuff

Okay, just food, no stuff. Lunch was a salad from Wegmans.
The rest of the pot pie filling was put in between two Wholly Wholesome pie crusts and baked for a half hour.
Tasted very good even if it didn't stay together in pie form.

More Than A Regular Monday

Red Robin was as excellent again today as every other day before.
If you enjoyed the above pic of my lunch, below is where the photo magic happens (including the overturned trash bin upon which I rest my feet). Rose shared her work space, so I felt compelled to share mine:
Three things I love:
Mr SV & I celebrate all holidays the same: by over-indulging in food & drink. Tonights was Hazelnut Cranberry Field Roast En Croute with Road's End Organic Gravy and Roasted Asparagus.
TJ's Chocolate Covered Cherries for dessert.
We will return to our normal posting style tomorrow.
