Your deli sandwich is piled nice and high...looks good!
I really want to try some Country Bob's too, but don't want to order it through their spooky website.

Don't you love 3-day weekends? If your work is like mine...that's pretty much it on the long weekend front until May :(

I'm eating a Tofurky sandwich as I read your blog...ha Mine would be much better with a side of those pickles though! Actually, I could use some tomatoes too. All I have on mine is vegenaise and cashew cheese....kinda boring....

Country Bob's rocks doesn'it...minus their bad website!

I assume this means you slept through breakfast. If I were off yesterday (and I wasn't), I woulda done the same.

Oh, Hello! I didn't see you there;-)

Deb, thanks! I still have some General TSO's to finish up. Then I'll need to start seeking another healthy recipe.

FF, or shall I call you 'Curly Sue', the pickles must always stay firmly on the side.

Rose, the Country Bob's is sorta like thinned A1. I will gladly send you some so you can avoid the website. Let me know. And, no, no more paid vacay till Memorial Day here either.

Michelle1, I haven't seen that Chao Cheese, but all the Field Roast products that I've tried have been excellent. Yeah, you would think Christ could get a better job, but times are tough.

LittleSpoon, who are you? FWIW, I do prefer eating with small utensils.

Jessica, thanks, the potatoes were 'creamy whipped' as my mother would always say.

Michelle2, I think Country Bob's ears have really been ringing lately.

Bianca, you got me. I was a major blob yesterday. Totally wasted day.
