Wednesday, June 10th

A genuine toasted NYC Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with TJ's Tofutti Cream Cheese for breakfast...
Spanish Chickpea Soup for lunch...intensely flavorful...
Mr. SVegetarian was out and about on his travels and brought me back a Lentil Wrap. I am sure he meant well, but I didnt want it and truth be told, the half I ate made me feel sort of queasy...
Surf Sweets Watermelon Rings for dessert...
More of the same tomorrow. Bye for now.

Good lookin' bagel there! That soup is such a great find, whatever spices they add to that spanish stew/soup really work together. Too bad the lentil wrap didn't sit well with you, looks like a good amount of veggies in there. Maybe the Mr will have the other half? Why aren't those gummies easier to find?

Jersey was an adventure of sorts, lunch was a pathetic plate of leaves after i asked they keep the cheese and meat off of it (there wasn't even a vegetarian salad!) glad for my handbag chia warrior bar. I have the amazing grass just mixed with water and lemon juice every night-its my version of a multi vitamin

Mmm...bagel.

I don't know how you're eating soup, unless the a/c is next to your kitchen. According to Weather.com, it'll be 95 degrees the next two days. Gross.

Watermelon rings to cure the queasy tummy - I like it! ;)

I love the surf sweet gummy bears, or maybe it's sour gummy bears. I haven't seen the watermelon rings yet. Hope your tummy feels better!

Hey Now!!!!

Unknown, the Mr. did help eat the other half of the Wrap. He was a fan oddly enuf. Sounds like you went back in time in Jersey. Did they at least have vegan dressing or did you have to do Oil and Vinegar? Surprised you dont partially freeze that Lemon and Amazing Grass Drink into a Slushy like you like.

Ingrid, perpare to sweat. Profusely.

VP, it is so great to get these treats made without the high fructose corn syrup. I think I have seen the Gummy Bears. I will look more closely.
