Tuesday, June 9th

One of the amazing things about Amazing Grass is that the expiration date on the container is several years in the future...
TJ's Artichoke and Hearts of Palm Salad was a taste sensation as always (plus great value)...,
TJ's Mandarin Orange Morsels for dinner...
A Coconut Pineapple thing of some sort from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert. Not their best work, but I consumed the whole thing nonetheless...
All different grub tomorrow. Bye for now.

I consider it a good day when my day is half green. You did it nicely.

I land on Thursday evening, and I offered to take Grandma for dinner upon my arrival. "We'll see". I might be going to TJ's for a salad. Strike one. However, I am not discouraged!! Ha ha!

Love those Orange Morsels. They really are morsels of deliciousness.

It really is Amazing!! I still keep mine in the freezer for some reason. Actually since i get it thru amazon's subscribe and save (cheapest source i've found) a new tub shows up about every 2 months.
That salad needs some edamame or baked tofu for me, otherwise i'm looking for a snack an hour later...
Was dessert like a slice of pie? The coconut stuff looks appealing, but i'll always vote chocolate vs fruity for cake or pastries.

Glogg is a worthy tradition! I'm actually headed to Jersey tomorrow for work, my handbag is packed to the gills with snacks since last i heard it's the land of dunkin doughnuts and diners (and people who say cawfee!)

Oooh such a colorful day!! The smoothie looks really good, I'm definitely going to have to get my blender going (and my juicer will be rescued the end of this month!). I need to look for that salad, it looks so pretty. I've never had hearts of palm but I feel like it's definitely something I need in my life. I will always be jealous of all things orange zest because it was one of my favorite things but I am going to start using lemon and lime zest instead. The cake looks great, too bad it wasn't as great as it looks.

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, I guess Grandma is more interested in one on one time with her Grand Daughter. That is okay, the food will always be here. Grandma's wishes must reign supreme,

Unknown, you really plow through the Amazing Grass. I just use the one scoop per the instructions on the side of the jar. The Coconut dessert was from a sheet pan. I was hoping for something more fruity. Jersey has so many great looking retro diners, but, as you noted, not so mich vegan friendly. Maybe one day.

VP, the TJ's Salad is great value. Cant wait til you get back to Seattle!

Sarah, Hearts of Palm are right up your alley. So you can have Orange everything except the zest?
