Six More Days....

I admit, it saddened me this morning to realize I only get to enjoy this deliciousness one more time in my life...
however, happily I carried out an extra order of Loving Hut's Wonton Soup for later in the week...
also from Loving Hut, a rich and creamy slice of Vegan Treat's Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert...
Great grub. If LPQ hadnt discontinued their Tofu Scramble, it might have actually been worthwhile for me to stay in the area. But they did discontinue it so I am outta here. Bye for now.

Damn, I guess I missed the big new yesterday! But congratulations, I am excited and happy for you. You'll have to send me yr new address for forthcoming zines.
Lovely looking soup and cheesecake. Hopefully yr new city will have such things for you. Did you do much research into vegan food in the new place already??

Ooh day one of your favorites is already a big winner! I know it is sad to think that you'll only get to enjoy your favs for a little while longer but just think of all of the amazing places you have yet to discover in your new location! I love that you are enjoying that soup so much, it always looks spectacular and hooray for cheesecake. Is the dessert trolley coming with you? ;) I'll need your new address as well to send over some fun treats when I start getting back into creating new recipes.

Oops I posted my comment on your post today (Sunday) so when I said tomorrow I meant tomorrow as in Monday! I'm gearing up for day one tomorrow and I'm excited to share my experience with you guys!

Alright, I've read it twice and the only hint I have is "a place with no TFK" which is basically everywhere. I guess it means that you're not going to my neighbor, as Denver has a TFK! I'm sure you'll get to one some day. That said, today's guess: the northwest (WA, OR, northern CA).

You will find something even better than that TLT i am sure of it. But yeah, what a good sandwich! I still don't understand hot soup in hot weather but whatever makes you happy :) good call on the cheesecake, yummy vegan cheesecake is not easy to find.

I disagree with ingrid and suspect you will remain on the right side of the country somewhere....

If I tried to make a sandwich like that, it would be a disaster. It sure is a thing o beauty, as is the cheesecake. And I can practically taste the wonton soup! I'm so curious where you are moving to!

Hey Now!!!!!

FF, I most definitely researched the vegan eats before plotting my move. It isnt as great as Portland or Austin or NYC, but, per capita, it is positive. I have a bunch of your zines stored up. They may not make the move. So did you want me to mail them back?

Sarah, I think most of the dessert trolley would seriously melt, but I will definitely take my remaining Cocomels. I saw you have a new post up. I will check it out soon.

Ingrid, yeah, I suck an hints. I will try to post some more tonight. You wont be getting me as a neighbor anytime soon. Although, I am not sure why Colorado never even crossed my mind for a split second as a place to move to. Seems like a nice place from what I've heard.

Unknown, I dont understand hot soup in hot weather either. What is up with me? I had hoped to get some Gazpacho before departing, but that was a fail.

VP, I 100% agree on making the Sandwich myself. Plus I would be such a basket case by the time I assembled the d*mn thing, doubt I would enjoy it that much. You will get some great Wonton Soup at the Seattle Loving Hut!
