Oh man that pizza looks ridiculous!! Yum!!! Definitely a great lunch for a Monday. Dinner looks pretty great too. That ice cream has been all the rage lately. I feel like I've been seeing it everywhere and everyone loves it. I feel like it means I need to give it a try... Or maybe try to make a healthier version with a bananas and dates and cacao? Hmmmm...

Great way to start the week! Sometimes leftover pizza is just almost better than it was for the first meal. Looks like they were generous with the veggies too. Is the jalapeno tofu more spicey the day after you get it? For some reason i think spicey food gets more spicey the longer it sits.... That ice cream is as gorgeous as always.

DF mavens and FTK Lula's shop call it ice cream but it really is what i remember of gelato- its sooo thick and super dense that it's difficult to manage more than one scoop or so-whereas some of the more airy vegan ice creams (like that almond milk one) i could take down the whole pint with minimal effort.....

I have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday to get the cashew milk ice cream! The Co-op lost a lot of product due to the power outage and ice cream was of course one of the things that had to go. As usual the jalapeno tofu is making my mouth water.

Leftover pizza is awesome. Did you hear it back up or leave it cold? Are there any pizza places near you with a vegan cheese option? Or maybe you aren't a fan.
Have you tried other flavors of that ice cream? Not that this one doesn't sound good.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, if you have the time and energy to make your own frozen dessert, go for it (and then blog about it).

Unknown, really great Pizza both fresh and reheated. LEDO Pizza is a local treasure. True, with cheese, it is better, but the pastry crust and sweet Sauce are still great without the cheese. The Jalapeno Tofu was indeed quite spicy. You would not be a fan. Your description of the artisan ice cream is similar to the difference between the NYC Bagels and our DC area Bagels. I feel very full when I eat a NYC Bagel, even though they are smaller. Whereas the DC area Bagels are humongous and i feel like i could eat at least two at a time.

VP, doesnt the Co-op have a generator? What a horrible waste! For shame!

FF, so many questions! I heated up the Pizza. The nearest Pizza place with faux cheese is at least 50 miles away. I would be a refular patron were it closer. I have only seen this one flavor of the Cashew Milk Ice Cream and that in itself is a miracle.
