What a funny presentation on the breakfast. Sounds delicious though. I admire the work you put in so early in the morning.
Why don't you add other vegetables to the Tiki? Afraid it would take too much away from the taste?

Somehow a hot breakfast feels very luxurious on a weekday... I had indian food for lunch too! There's actually a new vegetarian dosa cart near my office!! Aside from the raita everything is actually vegan the cart guy said.
The onions with the tikka is a good one though. Especially since you don't have to fret over an audience for your onion breath ;)

That vanilla soy ice cream was a desperation purchase from a crappy bodega grocery, either that or nothin'! PB fixes everything. The bon app article could be better but i think it will help slowly remove the stigma surrounding nooch

All delicious and warming food - is it still chilly there? We've had some crazy storms, and today was cool for the most part.

Yum!! Perfect food for the chilly weather we've been experience! Breakfast looks so good, you are definitely a master at roasting potatoes. Yours always look perfect. I can never get mine crispy enough. I need to work on that, ha! Loving Hut is seriously the best. I could totally go for my combo number 1 right about now. And those chocolate covered cocomels are torturing me! I need to just order some already!

The Farmer's Market only opened last week so I haven't had a chance to go. My favorite one is on Sundays but I won't be able to go this week either because I have my jewelry party this Sunday.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I am getting adept and slicing up the Potato into super thin slices, it roasts up real quick and I toss in the Sausages in the last 15 minutes. Easy peasy. Yes on the Tiki Masala Vegetables. Dont want to adulterate the taste

Unknown, Indian grub from a cart sounds super authentic. I have no doubt I am pungent from all the alliums I consume, but I cant resist. thanks for the link on the nooch article. The Charred Broccoli Salad does look tasty. Upscale brunch tomorrow?

Ingrid, the cool weather is in the rear view mirror. Looks like D.C. heat and humidity on the horizon...sorry...

Sarah, all parties should be Jewelry Parties. Are you going to be serving vegan tidbits to the guests?
