Wednesday, May 20th

Trader Joe's Cornflakes with Coconut Milk for breakfast...
Trader Joe's Vegan Tiki Masala for lunch. I tried stretching it out by adding half a Roasted Onion. It helped prolong the pleasure, but next time I will add an entire Onion. Cant get enough of this stuff...
a massive dinner of Wegmans Beefless Burgers on WF's WW Sesame Buns with Oven Fries...
No dessert after that. More of the same tomorrow. Bye for now.

Your oven fries look professional! I still need to try the Tiki Masala.

Re: my trip - yeah, I probably need to schedule the days with realistic goals! Ha ha!

Great idea adding the onion to the tikka masala! i need to pick up a few of those and that greens and beans and grains one on my next trip... (My coworker is going on vacation so i get to do her job too-aka need late dinner fast meals)
Your oven fries consistently look better than any i have paid for at a restaurant.

Looks like moscow mule season starts this weekend...!

Ooooh yum!! I wish you could ship oven fries because yours look so perfect and I always just want to grab a plate through the screen. I can imagine the onion was a great addition to lunch! Another great food day!

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, your trip is a conundrum because while there is much to see and do, you also want it to be easy and pleasurable for Grandma.

Unknown, do you find the Tiki Masala portion size to be enough? i dont thnk I could ever get enough of it. Although it is probably gonna be discontinued like other favorites, so it will be a non-issue. Doesnt sound like good management in your office if one worker being off causes another worker to have to stay late. Hope it is all a labor of love on your part. Thanks for the heads up on the cocktail season.

Sarah, hoping to get back to fresh food tomorrow, but still enjoying the staples till then.
