Yes, get that salad!
Cool looking gra-frutti drops, whatever the heck they are.
Good lookin assortment of the usual suspects here. Your bagel schmear is totally authentic.
Gardein should sponsor your blog, or at the very least send you coupons;)
Glad those dessert gizmos held up- do you warm them up or have cold from the fridge?
I usually add veggies to the vegan tikka, either flop it ontop of spinach so it wilts some or basic massaged kale. But i also snack / graze a lot so my meals are smaller. I hope you're on the recovery upswing and still taking it easy

Oooh that bagel! I ate the other half of the Orange Morsels last night for dinner. Great stuff!
Out and about - does this mean you feel back to your 100% self?
I now want a bagel with tofutti cream cheese, and alfalfa sprouts! Hope you're feeling back to yourself!
That bagel is life right there. Totally perfect NY schmear! Looking forward to seeing what your travels bring today. I hope this means you are feeling good and strong again!
Hey Now!!!!!
FF, I saw Beets on the WFs Salad Bar today and thought of you. Dont know how you gag those things down.
Unknown, Gardein products are really great (even you admit the meatballs are worthwhile, if disturbingly huge). I wish I could get a coupon -- they aint cheap. The Gra-Frutti Treats have stood the test of time on the kitchen counter since I discovered them in the back of the fridge. Kale seems too invasive an addition to the Tiki Masala. Spinach is still on the maybe list.
Ingrid, Trader Joes has some great products. The Orange Morsels are dinner and dessert in one. Yes, I am well, but had to go for follow-up anyway. No choice.
VP, Alfalfa Sprouts? that is a new one on me, but sounds like a good way to prolong the Bagel eating pleasure.
Sarah, what is so great about these NYC Everythng Bagels is that they add Salt to the Everything. We dont do that down here.
