Trader Joe's Gazpacho was no where near as good as LPQ's, but for the price, $3.99, it made for a pleasing meal with a slab of Olive Bread....
not sure if I am even a fan of Gazpacho. Just whatever it is that LPQ sells as Gazpacho is not what Trader Joe's sells...
Loving Hut Jalapeno Tofu for dinner...
Happened to pop into my office yesterday morning and found these Goldenberg Peanut Chews in my desk. Perfect retro candy to commemorate Memorial Day (my Dad was a fan)...

Those berries look incredible! Its always so satisfying to have the first batch of really good berries.
I've never tried the TJs gazpacho but it says tomatillo so it's probably more acidic and less tomatoey than LPQ's. Only other bought version i've liked - in the US- is the $$ version from Juice Press here which has avocado in it.
Those peanut chews are really good! What a great memory to associate with your dad.
I found popsicle molds shaped like fish today! Too funny. I'm sending them to my nephew so he can make orange juice-cicles.

The jalapeno tofu looks amazing as always! Organic berry prices are giving me a heart attack this year, hopefully they go down a bit. I haven't had gazpacho in years. The peanut chews look good! I love retro candy, especially with good memories.
Beautiful strawberries, glad you got some good ones. I bought berries recently but I think I jumped the gun on the season.
I love gazpacho! If our TJs were less crowded I'd take more time to browse the shelves.
Peanut chews are always good. Sometimes I find myself seeking them out over other vegan treats. But I've been trying to cut back on sugar so it's good they aren't in the vending machine at work anymore.
Hey Now!!!!
Unknown, lucky nephew. When I was little, i made popcicles in ice cube trays with Hawaiian Punch and toothpicks and thought that was super cool.
VP, I never pay more than $3.99/pound for Organic Strawberries, no matter how beautiful they look. It is the principle.
FF, the TJ's Gazpacho is impossible to spot on the shelves and i was in a near empty store looking for it. I just saw it in the Fearless Flyer, that is how I knew it existed, If only a few other retro Candy Bars were vegan as well. I miss Baby Ruths and Paydays.
