Wednesday, May 21st

Since yesterdays food worked out so well, I started today the same way....
finished up both the Strawberries and Pecans, so tomorrow will have to start differently...
At lunch time, things took an exotic turn. On Saturday, I found these Handheld Pies in the freezer section at Target and heated one up today...
The crust was flaky and it had the right amount of spice, but I wasn't thrilled with the texture of the Veggies. I might try their Thai Veggie Pies if I ever run across those....
Field Roast Frankfurters and Pacific Baked Beans for dinner...
Thankfully, this box of Pacific food was actually vegan...
Bye for now.

I will not forget to comment today!! Your strawberries have looked so good lately, yum! Have you ever tried pecan butter? it's so good, I think you would like it. The hand pies look so fun! I don't think I've ever seen them at my Target? Hmmm what will be on the menu for breakfast tomorrow... I'm not even going to try guessing, I'm never any good at that.

If i had the same strawberry resources you do i would have them for breakfast every day!
I have found that all previously frozen veggies become mush when heated up....looks like a fun food- not something i would expect to find at target though.
Love the pup inspecting your beans and the doggie feet photo bombing.

Hey Now!!!!!

Sarah, I do get a little worried when I don't heard from you, but no pressure;-) I've never heard of Pecan Butter. I'll will seek it out immediately.

Unknown, if I had the vegan breakfast options you have, I would go crazy trying to decide where to get breakfast every day. Saturday was my first time at a Target in a long time. They had lots of really cool stuff. I was impressed.
