Thursday, May 15th

Up close and personal with some Kashi Berry Fruitful and Hemp Milk for breakfast...
An Oven Roasted Tofurky Deli Sandwich for lunch. So great, it's a miracle I resisted making a second one for myself...
Mr. SVegetarian picked up BiBimBob for dinner from Mr. Noodle and Rice...
TJ's Dark Chocolate Covered Cherries for dessert....
Lunch with Mom tomorrow. Bye for now.

Definitely a great food day!! Lunch looks so good, and I'm definitely loving the pickle (read: not olive) side ;) How nice that Mr. SV picked up dinner and a super yummy one at that! I don't know how I've resisted those chocolate covered cherries... they look so good and it's one of my favorite flavor combinations.

Not even going to venture a guess as to where you'll end up for lunch tomorrow because I know I'll be wrong.

Holy BiBimBob! Yes, please! It looks so good.

Lunch guess: PF Changs or an equivalent.

Advanced technique tofurky rolling ya got there.
You have incredible willpower, both with that and with not eating more c-c cherries.
Great stuff.

When the sandwich components all work together just right a second one always sounds like a good idea!
The bibimbap looks good- and really spicy....koreans love that crazy red chili sauce. Did it have kimchi in there too? I always get the bean spout banchan when i shop at the korean market- were yours just plain or the marinated ones?
All of those dk choco covered TJs goodies are delicious...

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, I feel that you are somehow mistaken about the Olive thing. How could you not like them? They're everything that you like.

Ingrid, Ding! Ding! Ding! We've got a winner!

FF, I copied the picture on the Tofurky box for my Sandwich, but thanks. Those CC Cherries are pretty intense by my standards.

Unknown, we don't have the super authentic Korean grub down here like you have up there. I have no clue what the heck you're referring to with the bean sprout benchan. Plain or marinated 'ones'? Ones what?

Hannah, it's a big scary animal-product-heavy world out there.
