WTF Wednesday

The obvious for breakfast...
Leftover Chili for lunch...
Mushroom Ravioli for dinner...
with Wegman's Tomato Basil Sauce...
A Vegan Treats Chocolate Chip Cookie (with Powdered Sugar from the Jelly Donut that was sitting on top) for dessert...
Off I go.

Green accents in everything but dessert today.

What a comforting food day. I love your obvious breakfast :) The chili looks really great, I'm sure it just gets more flavorful as it hangs out in the fridge. Mushroom ravioli sounds really delicious, I would love to try making my own mushroom ravioli one day. Can't go wrong with a cookie for dessert, especially when it has remnants of another dessert on it ;)

I'm sad you'll have to return to work! Luckily, it's only for two days! And I imagine, it'll be nice to be out and about. Ravioli sounds amazing!

Gorgeous bagel breakfast! And its so handy just to have a good pot of chili or stew around.
Mushroom ravioli?! Amazing. Anything and everything mushroom for me. I haven't seen that brand before but maybe its local to your area.....

I went by LPQ this afternoon and they had sold out of the matcha muffins! I made do with their chia pudding- damned that is good stuff. Guess i will just have to go back :))

I don't eat pasta often but vegan ravioli sounds really good. It's really all about the sauce though.
Cool, two desserts in one.

Wait; is that a chocolate chip cookie or a cowboy cookie?

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, thanks for pointing that out. I'd given up trying to incorporate the rainbow during these weeks at home.

Sarah, I've never made fresh pasta. I assume it would be a fail for me, but you have the kitchen skills.

Ingrid, it's been really nice out, and will be through the weekend. Like spring.

Unknown, yes, La Pasta is from Maryland, so you might never see it up there. I'm so sorry LPQ was sold out of the Matcha Muffins, but that just shows there's a market for them!

FF, why don't you eat pasta often? Too many empty calories?

Abby, it was a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Cowboy Cookies have not made it here as yet.

Ok, bc the cowboys rule. The VCIYCJ recipe pretty much nails it fyi.

Abby, I have VCTOTW but not VCTOYCJ. I'll look for a recipe online.
