Friday, February 21st

Breakfast upon arrival at work this morning..
These are the little Energy Bites I usually have with the Grapefruit in order to avoid getting tempted by the vending machine after breakfast....
Spring Rolls from PF Changs...
with MaPo Tofu (up close and personal)...
A refreshing Kombucha upon arrival at home...
Field Roast Frankfurters and TJ's Tots (I really don't eat Tots with a fork) for dinner...
No dessert. The end.

Those spring rolls look incredible. They look really crispy and delicious, I am so jealous of those. Have you ever have the vegetarian lettuce cups there? They sound good too. I'm going to see if my friend will go with me within the next week or two. Sorry, I digress.

I like the snow in the background of the breakfast pic. Just a reminder of what we've dealt with in this balmy break in from the cold. Love the tots, fork or no fork ;)

Is that mustard with yr spring rolls? The ma po tofu looks really good, lots of broccoli too.
I've been drinking kombucha again recently too! It has been a while. That must mean things are warming up, right?

Love the dashboard breakfast en situ photo! Your energy bites are definately different from what i buy, mine have goji berries and cocoa with lots of nuts and seeds.
Nice looking lunch! Glad it was drama free
Everything tastes better eaten with fingers- ditch the fork all together.....;)

Hope your snow has been melting these past few days too. And yeah, that name is kinda terrible- they had a blurb saying how the butcher's daughter would be a vegetarian but, still....

Ya know, I was going to guess Chinese. *sigh* The spring roll angle is especially appealing.

But if you did use a fork, you could equally distribute ketchup on it before eating. . .

Have a lovely weekend!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, the PF Changs Veggie Lettuce Cups are excellent. You'll love them. One last day of balminess. Hope you're getting out in it while it lasts.

FF, it is indeed Mustard with my Spring Rolls (alongside the Sweet & Sour Sauce). The drinking of Kombucha means that we have a thirst that nothing but Kombucha will quench. That is some refreshing stuff.

Unknown, I've bought the Goji Berry Energy Bites in the past. Just happened to grab this kind last time. I believe the restaurant name will keep customers away. Vegans & Vegetarians don't want to be thinking about butchers and slaughterhouses.

Ingrid, I was thinking the Spring Roll angle was really bad, so I appreciate the compliment.
