WTF Wednesday

Another try at making Scallion Tofutti Cream Cheese this morning. The more diced Scallions the better...
A bowl of LPQ Three Bean Chili for lunch. They put the Guac & Radishes on top when they packed the hot Chili to go which is kind of not up to their usual standard of excellence there. You gotta keep the hot hot and the cold cold. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it...
Boca Burgers and TJ's Tots for dinner...
I totally could have had an excellent dessert tonight, but I was able to resist.

Ooooh loving the scallion cream cheese again. Glad it worked out better this time. Breakfast looks awesome, yum.

How strange that they wouldn't have the forethought to separate the hot from the cold parts of the dish. It looks like it held up ok considering. And yay for Tjs tots. I think some totchos are in order soon.

No dessert?! Tomorrow? Maybe?

Stay safe if you are expecting more snow tomorrow!

I'm curious as to how you got the toppings out of the take out bowl and into a real bowl, but still stay on top?? Unless you ate it out of the take out container.
Can't wait to see this promised excellent dessert soon.

The scallion cream cheese looks great! I keep craving bagels this winter......
That is weird that they put the guac ontop of the chili, nice bowl of different beans there. Was it spicy? I'm too scarred by previous experiences to order it out any more.

The tots return! Glad you were generous with the mustard and ketchup there. Yellow mustard is underrated.

Hope this new storm misses you, I plan on hibernating with my lentil mushroom soup and reisling....

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, we got the snow, now it's your turn! You're gonna be hating it.

FF, when I opened the Chili container I saw the melted Guac on top. I spooned it off before I reheated the Chili and added it back on for the pic. Just like I do with the Cilantro when I get a Loving Hut #22.

Unknown, the Chili was good but not $10.95/bowl good. Just get the Matcha Muffins and forget the Chili. So does your work place ever close down due to weather? Or does the NYC subway system mean there is no excuse for not showing up? Let me know if you have a good Lentil Mushroom Soup recipe.

Hannah, interesting advice. I'll try to adhere to part of it.
