The pumpkin waffle looks really great. I knew the eggless egg salad would make its triumphant return. The sandwich looks great, though I'd probably sub out the olives for a yummy pickle on the side. Nice looking stew too. I love your winter meals, always so warm and comforting. I definitely see a sandwich in my future.

What vegan beef replacement do you use in the stew? It looks great, peas or no.
I got a craving for olives today, it must be yr fault. But it's ok.

Yum, I'll take one of each! I have a can of pumpkin leftover from fall, so I should put it to good use soon. Eggless Egg Salad is warm weather food, so none of that until it thaws (our high today was zero!). Love that stew.

Wait, is tomorrow Friday?!?! Italian.

I still want those waffles.

Again with the waffles. I'm going to have to make some kind of syrup vehicle one day soon.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, can't go to Common Market with getting some Eggless Egg Salad. You still doing the GF thing?

FF, the Beef in the Stew was the VWAV Seitan that I'd made for the Beef Stroganoff. Pretty simple recipe when needing to stock up on Seitan. I wouldn't mind seeing what incredible exotic Olives are available up there.

Ingrid, the PPK Pumpkin Waffles are fantastic, but not the easiest recipe. I've got to buy the Eggless Egg Salad whenever I can get it. Remember how you used to be able to guess right all the time where my mom & I were going to eat lunch? That streak has really ended.

Hannah, these Waffles were way too much of a pain to make to give any away.

Abby, there will be Waffles again. In fact, approximately five more times (the recipe makes a big batch).
