Sunday, February 2nd

I wanted something guaranteed delicious today, so it was off to the Common Market for their Vegan Reuben $6.59...
a side of crispy Roasted Potatoes off the hot bar were also great...
Spuds continued: this year I made Nacho Potatoes for my Super Bowl feast. I was too lazy to make the Cauliflower Queso, and my Refried Beans were store bought as well. Maybe one day I'll try those recipes...
The above plate of food was extremely filling, but I experienced no depressed feelings after eating it like when I use Tostitos for my Nachos. WFH grub tomorrow.

Ooooh guaranteed delicious indeed! Great choices all around! I feel like it's been a while since you had a reuben and crispy roasted potatoes are a must for brunch. Potato nachos sound AMAZING, definitely something I want to try!! Yours looks delicious, I'll definitely have to keep this in mind :)

Are you watching the game. I'm so confused and basically just amusing myself on twitter ;)

Greg and I are working on a big project and not at all paying attention to the game but felt like we needed to eat nachos anyway. We went and got some decent ones, but we had to share and I feel like it wasn't enough to eat. We should have gone yr route and done it DIY.
Looking, thinking we might make some, I saw a recipe for Tater "totchos" which is also right up yr alley, no?

The ruben returns! Looks like they were extra generous with the saucey stuff today too. Those are some good looking potato nacho whatevers!! I never got into the version with chips....soggy food issues here. And the refried beans are a good idea.

Big wong is great! Whenever i have visitors i drag them around chinatown- yummy stuff around every corner! I had to stop myself from buying a pomelo the size of my head for the sheer novelty of it.

The reuben was a great way to start the day.

We had nacho style potatoes yesterday, as well, which I'll be posting about today. Such a great meal!

Sometimes I read the comments other people write on your blog and feel like I'm doing it wrong. It looks like I should be using far more exclamation marks.

Hey Now!!!

Sarah, while the game was on I was browsing eBay during it. BOR-ING!!!! (the game not eBay).

FF, Tater Totchos!!!??? Now you tell me! Hope you post the professionally-made Nachos that you got on your blog.

Unknown, your visitors are lucky to have you as a tour guide. I've only had Pomelo once and it was super dry. Are you saying I should try again?

RVs, you had Nacho Potatoes too?! This must be the wave of the future. We are rode the crest of the vegan Super Bowl snack food wave!

Hannah, when people come to my blog they are excited and happy. How they are when they leave is another story...
