Hear, Hear! That is a very true statement...if only all the non-vegans out there would wake up to the truth!
That salad is a work of art...and slow-roasted olives? I'm swooning!
That salad is beautiful! And so true about non-vegans missing out. There's so much stuff I would never have tried if I weren't vegan. Like a canoe boat.
i would have been all over those olives too!! love them!
those canoe boats are cool. me gusta!
also, that flaxmilk on my blog was from wal-mart...i read about it on another blog (i can't remember now!), but i guess wal-mart is the only carrier at the moment. i highly recommend it even though, i don't like wal-mart!
What an amazing look salad! You are so right about the non vegans missing out. They always tell me that I am missing out, but they are so wrong! Great food day that you had! :o)
Wow! Fancy and beautiful looking dish from Market Table Bistro, as well as the delicious roasted olives. YUMMY!
Fancy salad!! Love it!
I agree about the salad- the presentation is gorgeous. The canoe boats look mighty yummy.
Fellow Vegans -- You Totally Know How It Is --
You're excited to eat in a restaurant. There's only one thing for you on the menu and you are ambivalent, but just want to enjoy yourself. You end up eating something totally mind-blowing and feeling like a million bucks while every else feels like sh*t from their meal of flesh, fat and salt.
The salad was the prettiest thing I'd ever been served! It was like something Wolfgang Puck would cater for the Golden Globes!
(Kimberly, I seriously doubt my Walmart has Flaxseed Milk but I'll doublecheck. Whole Foods definitely didn't have it today.)
I love the aerial view - how fancy!
I always get nervous when there are multiple choices on the menu; sometimes it's best to be limited to one. Unless you can go back and try everything.
