A Banana with Peanut Butter for breakfast. Started off well. Then I ate the massive Club Sandwich with Potato Salad $9.50 from Loving Hut (the below picture is just one half of it).
I was incredibly stuffed by this meal and really had no room for dinner, however, I did manage to enjoy some leftover Jambalaya Rice Mix and Butler's Soy Curls for evening snack.
Everything looks so good!!! And although not pictured, the peanut butter and banana is one of my favs and now I'm totally craving it!! I miss my peanut butter and banana toast!
Whoah whattup with the potato salad? It looks really creamy and yellow. Was it curried? Or just mustard? Either way, quite interesting. I haven't had potatoes in a long time but I used to love making a vegan potato salad. Summertime calls!

I'll skip the banana with peanut butter, but I take the rest :-)

That was only half of it? Wow, that's a sandwich built for two!
