Lighter Fare

Collard Wraps with Garbanzos, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Shredded Carrots and Red Onions for lunch.
More leftover Jambalaya Rice Mix and Butler's Soy Curls (the package said it made 11 servings, so maybe it really does because there is still tons left) for dinner with Roasted Cauliflower.
Matthew Fox Shiraz.

You did it! You're awesome! I particularly like the chickpea inclusion but I'm glad to see you stuck with the rice and soy curls and ice cream for dessert. Who knows, the world might implode if you didn't.

Purely Decadent was on sale at our co-op for $2.99, so I got a pint of the cookie dough flavor. Mmmm.... my mouth is happy!

I want to start making green wraps like that. They look easy & yummy.

Those collard wraps look delicious! So bright and colorful! Did you use any sort of a sauce or dressing or did you enjoy them just like that?

Collard Wraps FTW!

FF, if only I had some muffins for dessert. Oh well...

Michelle1, how about a post on all the stuff your Mom bought you during her visit?

VF, $2.99 is a great deal for Purely Decadent.

VaVa, no sauce. Next time I hope to include som Hummus. Sometime to hold it all together.
