My Daily Business Of Eating Was Pleasurable

Spring Rolls...

...and MaPo Tofu at PF Changs for lunch. Not oily this time, thankfully.

Boca Chick'n Patties and Side Salad for dinner. Boring for you, but works for me!

Cookie Dough Ice Cream for dessert. Good for all.

Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

Glad the oil wasn't a problem this time. It's just unspeakably comforting to keep seeing those patties with sauce on your site consistently.

More yumminess...your salads are looking really good. I love button mushrooms in salad.

OMG those spring rolls look delicious! I'm gonna answer the question you asked on my blog here because honestly...I'm kind of not telling my family or really anyone I know because they will get mad at me and think I'm crazy...and I'm sure it won't go over well in the vegan arena but I'm training in MMA. My gloves and whatnot are synthetic(no leather for me) and I'm just getting started so I'm building up my stamina with running and my trainer has been pushing me extra hard in workouts. I'm trying to lose the excess weight and basically use food as fuel. I've been training muay thai style fighting for 3 years but not very rigidly but I really love it...and figured that if I trained myself to be a fighter the worst that can happen if I never actually fight is I'll be in amazing shape and I'll learn technique, discipline and patience :) Sorry for the long winded explanation and sorry to do it on your blog, but I'm sure you can understand why I don't want my mom to find out ;)

I appreciate that you eat the same thing every night, really. You always know what you're getting yourself into.

My stomach started growling when I looked at the picture of the spring rolls. I haven't had any in so long & really want some!

did you know when you go to places like pf changs, mongolian bbq's and the like, you can order things "stock velevted" which means they will trade out the oil for chicken or vegetable stock? that means no more oily food and a lot healthier!

We survived the rapture! Yay, us! Kinda suprised to see Blessed Mama still here, but whatevs...

Blessed Mama, since you're apparently sticking around on the planet a little while longer, I'll make sure to post lots of Boca Chick'n Patties for you to gaze upon in future days.

Rose, I bought some shrooms last week for no good reason and have really enjoyed spreading them around on everything.

VaVa, someone needs to be long winded on my blog. Might as well be you. Good luck with your training. I know all too well having to hide my real self from others to avoid negativity.

FF, back at you with the Collard Wraps and Muffins.

VF, these Spring Rolls were exceptionally huge. More than enough for a meal.

Janna, no, I didn't know that! Maybe I'll get up the courage one day to ask for that, but currently, I'm not comfortable asking for any change to my restaurant orders other than 'no cheese'.

Thank you for that I appreciate it! Isn't it funny how people who have the most to say (and criticize) about your choices are the ones that are the most uninformed about them?
