It all looks good, but I could really go for a few of those sushi right now. I haven't had any for a while!

Have you ever had any Mutt Lynch wines? I don't drink alcohol, but they tempt me. :)

Good golly, those huge slabs of tofu look like bliss too.
I love sushi for lunch, it's really filling but it doesn't slow you down or anything. Nice choice.

I'm trying to remember if I've ever eaten vegan sushi. Maybe once about 10-12 years ago. I should make that my goal for the month of May.

How lucky that this is mostly mundane. Looks delicious, I agree on the sushi.

I still haven't tried a Field Roast. It looks really tasty. I am a huge fan of the veggie sushi. I am making a mango avocado sushi today-Yummy:)

Have you tried making your own sushi? it's actually really easy and fun (Well, I consider it fun)... Check out my blog... I make it all the time... The first time might be challenging, but once you get the hang of it I swear it is so easy!

Lemme know if you want some pointers :)

Amy, thanks for the offer. Maybe once I learn how to properly make Smoothies, I'll move on to Sushi.
