More Hummus As Well As Tofu Pups and Potato Salad

Lunch was enjoyed in air-conditioned comfort at the Alamo Cinema & Drafthouse.

Red Pepper Hummus with Celery, Carrots, Green Pepper & Pita $5.99 in the dark while watching Bridesmaids and drinking Harp. There is a lot of trust involved in eating the food here, since you can't see it.

Tofu Pups and Potato Salad for dinner.

Matthew Fox Shiraz (yes, even after all the Harp. I'm on vacation!)

Haha! Love the picture of food in the dark...no kidding about the trust issue, but I have to say a cinema/alehouse...too cool!

I was going to make potato salad for today, but then I forgot...yours looks perfect!

That is so cool that it is a cinema/alehouse! Couldn't see the food but it sounded good. How was the movie, I've been wanting to see it!

The potato salad looks great. I like the idea of a cinema/alehouse too...but I feel like I'd have to get up to pee a lot and miss parts of the movie.

A full vegan meal at a movie theatre? Amazing. I've heard good things about that movie, too.

I would love to eat dinner while at a cinema. That's so cool!

I would go to the movies more often if I could drink beer while I watched. Actually, that sounds like a good way to spend too much money. I saved myself money yesterday by reading my Kindle and drinking beer on the porch instead of going to see Fast Five.

Your potato salad looks great. What a great day!

Hey Now!

Rose, yeah, nothing better than a Cinema & Drafthouse. Thanks on the Potato Salad, I really wanted a Veganaisse/Relish one, but this recipe was super simple. Next time.

VaVa, 'Bridesmaids' is good. You'll enjoy it.

Sara, you are always a week ahead of me. Wanna tell me what I'm doing next week so I can prepare?

FF, I made sure to completely empty my bladder during the Justin Timberlake/Mila Kunis preview. But, yeah, by the end of the movie, I couldn't wait around to see if there were any surprises after the credits.

Dianne, it is a fun movie. I don't plan to buy the DVD, but I'll watch it again on cable.

VF, it's especially great to eat in a cold dark theatre when it's 100 degrees outside and the asphalt is melting.

Jessica, Mr SV & I would've saved well over $60 (possibly $70) by staying home. It's a paradox.

Susan, it is a great concept. Wish we supported it more often. Maybe I'll drag my *ss to 'Hangover 2' soon.
