Gearing Up For Mother's Day

Resting up for tomorrow's big energy expenditure. Leftover House Foods MaBo Tofu Sauce on Tofu, Onions, Red Pepper & Water Chestnuts for lunch.
Boca Chick'n Patties and Side Salad for dinner.
Two slices of TJ's Toast with WF's PB & Raisins.
Heller Estate 2005 Boronda Cabernet Sauvignon. (Ran out of rot gut, had to raid the wine rack).

hahhahah:) i have a feeling your energy expenditure is going to be more from F.F.F.T. (forced family fun time) than to food prep...maud is so optimistic:)
