Lunch was at Haute Dogs & Fries where I enjoyed two Smart Dogs with Onions, Relish, Mustard & Ketchup....
...some fantastic Fries and learned the hard way that the Baked Beans are no longer vegetarian. (We brought the beans home for the pups who went nuts for them).
Dinner was the other half of my Burrito leftover from yesterday. It is stuffed with Tofu, Black Beans & Rice.
A Magical Coconut Cookie Bar for dessert. Can you see the intricate details of the Coconut, Pecans, Chocolate and Graham Cracker Crumbs? If not, I'll try to get a better picture.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

tofu duh!looks good. they toasted the bun for the WEENIE:) thats what makes going out to eat so much better than eating at home!!
you are probably getting sick of hearing from me...
but i forgot to add that that that absolutely sucks about the baked beans!! finding out the hard way is the perfect way to say it:( im so sorry!!
lol, I noticed the toasted bun right away, too. That sucks about the baked beans. :(
Totally lame about the beans but Michelle's right - the toasted bun looks great and the dawgs look pretty nice and crispy themselves.
Those haute dogs always look great! I'm going to have to try that burrito configuration sometime; it looks so full of texture and satisfying.
Yummy food. The Magical Coconut Cookie Bar looks very tasty:)
Vegan Commenters, How Are You?
Michelle1, au contraire, hearing from you is always pleasurable. Even when I have no clue what you're saying.
VF & FF, the Baked Beans were a tragedy, but the pups REALLY enjoyed them. They were out of their minds. So every cloud has a silver lining or some such BS.
Rose, this restaurant knows how to work with Tofu. Perfectly pressed. I'm not used to Tofu being served like a regular food.
Deb, glad to see you back. I was concerned that you and Morgan had been gone a little too long.
