WFH Wednesday

Lunch was Romaine Lettuce wraps made with WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and some baked Tempeh...
Dinner was a Smart Deli Bologna Sandwich on Rudy's Organic Bread with Veganaisse...
More Alice White Merlot...See you tomorrow!

ooh getting fancy with the lettuce wraps, i like those. have you ever uesed cabbage leaves? its good also.


yea(stacy) for dinner id need more. no dessert? fingers crossed for you that they have paninis tomorrow.

Those lettuce wraps look great! I have to say, dinner does seem on the light side...I'm sure good though!

Hello, Ladies!

I didn't mention that I actually ate the entire block of Tempeh with the whole head of Romaine. It was late in the day and I only ate the sandwich for the blog. I was still full from all the Tempeh which I guess expanded in mah belly.
