Lunch today was the "Penne Mediterranean" -- Mushrooms, Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Pine Nuts and Olive Oil at Brio.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and Baked Potatoes with Sour Supreme and Bac'Uns.
Hey, check out our new family member, Buffy. We adopted her from the Esther Boyd Animal Shelter last Saturday and she is catching on to life at chez Shenandoah Vegan like wild fire. It's been a challenging couple of weeks here to say the least.
Ignore that crap on the floors. Not sure what that is. Update: I investigated and those spots on the floor are pieces of kitty litter!

Thanks! Mr. SV picked her out because she was the only dog not barking at the shelter. She's quickly worming her way into our hearts. Definitely not camera shy. The shelter said she was a 'Peek-A-Poo', but I don't think so.
Whatever she is has cute written all over her!
