Bologna Sandwich

Today I had lunch at home:










Yves' Bologna with Rice Cheese & Tomatoes on
TJ's Whole Grain Bread. Simple and filling.

I love Bulgar Wheat. This is a good recipe. I have never tried it with lentils.

It is a great recipe, although I would only use one large onion next time. We served it w/roasted cauliflower (obviously). Thank you for visiting my blog!
