Today's lunch and dinner were both three ingrediant meals:

Lunch was one of my old standbys: TJ's Chicken Strips tossed with a tablespoon or three of Goddess Dressing and diced Celery.
Dinner was the Three B's: Barley, Beans & Broccoli. Also super simple.
A pair of Wrens decided to build their nest in our garage. Today their chicks were testing their wings.
There must've been about five tiny Wrens flitting about.

It's great that they're practicing while safe from predators. Love the 'just-hatched' hair.

Cute little wrens! And I love the chicken strip/Goddess dressing idea. We don't have a TJ's here, but I always stock up on those strips when I'm visiting Nashville (where the closest TJ's to Memphis is).
