
I saw this
recipe via
Slashfood and it sounded pretty good.
I sauteed a package of Gimme Lean with an onion and garlic.

Then I set it aside and sauteed the veggies...

Added the broken pasta (capellini)...

...then the tomatoes, tomato juice & spice

After simmering 20 minutes I stirred in baby spinach
Mr. SV liked it alot. I wasn't too impressed.

These are the morels we found in our yard. I coated them in Veganaise and Panko and baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Served with Goddess Dressing, they came up yummy!

cool! i didn't know you could cook pasta like that! i thought you had to boil it in water first! very cool :)
