WFH Wednesday

Lunch was a Nora sandwich made with WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Basil on a toasted Ezekiel English Muffin. It was so delicious, after I ate it, I couldn't stop thinking about it and about an hour later I had another one, but it wasn't as good as the first one.
Dinner was the last of Mr. SV's Lentil Soup...
Purely Decadent Mocha Almond Fudge for dessert...
Lots of Frontera Shiraz...see you tomorrow....

Good Morning Ladies!

M, it was really great. I got about a half a cup and Mr. SV ate the rest of the container.

Nora, I don't know what it is about the combination of ingredients, but all need to be there to really makeit work.

Michelle, I've never made my own hummus. This was Whole Foods brand, which was really good.

Boy, those muffins are getting more and more decadent! I've done the same thing where something was so delicious that I have more a short time later, but either b/c of fullness or super high expectations, it's not as good as the first time. But, they do look good. And give me some of that ice cream!
