Lunch was a Seitan Panini from Whole Foods. While sitting in traffic on the way back to work, I took a pic of the insides. It may look awful, but OH! how fantastic the sum of its parts do taste!
Also garnered during my Whole Foods expedition: Gardein Stuffed Cutlets:Is there a primal desire to cut into a food item and have a fatty treat inside ooze out? Deep thoughts....
Cutlet enjoyed tonight with Roasted Cauliflower and Goddess Dressing.

the panini "meaty stuff" looks so dark, i wonder how they got it that way? and what type of meaty thing is it supposed to resemble? ive never had a traditional panini.
haha oozing fat, gnarly
I'm glad you got to eat your panini: the seitan does look dark, maybe they put molasses in it?
Hello Ladies! It's 'beef' or 'steak' seitan, that's why it's so dark. I warned you it wasn't pretty but so yummy!
