Le Mush


I tossed a cup of toasted millet into the crockpot
with some basil, thyme & bay leaves.

Then I added the carrots, celery, onions, potatoes,
mushrooms and four cups of water...

I set the crockpot to HIGH for four hours and
wound up with a somewhat tasty pile of mush,
AKA Millet Stew In A Crockpot.

I just love Crockpots! I should use mine more often. Its great to set it in the morning and come home to a cooked meal.
