what all the cool vegan bloggers have been
raving about in regards to Brussel Sprouts...
So I bought a bag at Trader Joes and trimmed
them into little PacMen, tossed w/EVOO, salt
and pepper...
and roasted them at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
I served them w/Celebration Roast, Mushroom
Gravy and Fingerling Potatoes. They were good!
They did not taste bitter as I'd always imagined.
My next order of business:
Punk Rock Chickpea Gravy.
