Once-A-Year Pumpkin Pie


I baked the pumpkin.

Scraped out the innards.


Pureed with silken tofu.

Added sugar & vanilla....


...salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.


Spread it into a Keebler Graham Cracker pie
shell.
.
Baked it for an hour.



I only make this pie once a year and I am no
longer bringing it to Thanksgiving dinner because
I'm sick of hearing 'Ewww! There's tofu in it????'
Well, screw you, more for me!

I hate when people complain about tofu when they don't even know what tofu is. You can't taste silk tofu in a pie people! Shit, that gets on my last nerve. But good for you for keeping the whole thing to yourself.
