Tempeh and Seitan

Lunch was Romaine Lettuce wraps made with WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and some baked Tempeh. Very delicious.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz57 and Baked Potatoes with Sour Supreme and Bac'Uns.
and then....????? Chocolate Peanut Butter, yes, it's been in my cupboard for years and expired last month, but tonight I finally opened it. And, yes, it was as good as could be imagined.
Oh well, back tomorrow with more of the same. Thanks!

Wow, I just found out about that PB a couple of months ago. I had no idea it has been around for years. And believe me when I tell you that those jars are very afraid of spoons in my house. We don't even bother pretending to put it on bread. Pop the jar and into the mouth - yummo.

Greetings, Ladies!

Blessed Mama, not only has this PB been around for years, the company has a restaurant in NYC that only serves PB sandwiches. Doubt I'll ever eat in NYC enough to be able to use one of my daily alloted meals there.

Michelle, alas, no. I made a 'marinade' of Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Mustard and Ginger and poured that on the Tempeh before baking in at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
