Not The Most Exciting Food Day

Lunch was a Burrito Bowl from Chipotle...
Dinner was Mr. SV's Thursday Night Spaghetti..
A lot of Black Swan Shiraz Cabernet was also enjoyed. I think tomorrow will be more interesting food-wise.

Hi,
Can you tell me what kind of meatballs those are? They look really good.
Thanks!

Hello, Ladies!

Michelle, first no Traders Joes, now no Chipotle? You do live in a podunk town. Well, at least you have your feathery friends to make up for it.

Susan, they're Trader Joe's Meatless Meatballs and they are fantastic. I do hope that you have a Trader Joe's near you.

That looks pretty exciting to me. Of course, we don't have a Chipotle, so anything from there would excite me.

Oh, and we don't have a Trader Joe's either because Memphis is lame. We have one Whole Foods and no indie-owned health food stores. The closest indie shop and the closest TJ's are in Nashville, three hours away. :-(

Gosh! I didn't mean to be so insensitive on the blog! I assumed TJ's and Chipotle were nationwide. I was in Memphis around 10 years ago, walked down Beale Street, looked at the Mississippi, saw the Peabody ducks (hey, Michelle, you would love the ducks in Memphis!). It was pretty cosmopolitan to me.
