A Phenomaminemal Food Day

Lunch was a Seitan Panini from Whole Foods. While sitting in traffic on the way back to work, I took a pic of the insides. It may look awful, but OH! how fantastic the sum of its parts do taste!
Also garnered during my Whole Foods expedition: Gardein Stuffed Cutlets:
Is there a primal desire to cut into a food item and have a fatty treat inside ooze out? Deep thoughts....
Cutlet enjoyed tonight with Roasted Cauliflower and Goddess Dressing.

I'm glad you got to eat your panini: the seitan does look dark, maybe they put molasses in it?

Hello Ladies! It's 'beef' or 'steak' seitan, that's why it's so dark. I warned you it wasn't pretty but so yummy!
