A Predominantly Whole Foods Day

Lunch was a Seitan Panini and a bowl of Adobo Black Bean Chili from Whole Foods.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Curried Wheatberry Salad from Whole Foods.
Then I had a couple of Fudgie Wudgie Brownies.
The Panini was the highlight of my day.

Mr. SV was complaining about the over roasting. I just wanted to cook the Brussel Sprout flavor out of them before serving.

I haven't been to Vegas in over ten years. It was awesome then, I'm sure it is more so now.

Thanks for the maca offer. If you start feeling 'super' from it, let me know and I will buy some. I see it everywhere over here.
