A Decent Food Day

Mr. SV very thoughtfully left out this past-its-prime Banana on the kitchen counter for me this morning. I took it to work w/a little container of TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter...
Lunch was off the Far East Hot Bar at Harris Teeter. Tofu & Broccoli...
Dinner was Vegan Steak w/Heinz 57, Baked Potato w/Sour Supreme and Bac'Uns and Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
More Alice White Merlot...See you tomorrow!

when you do the roasted brussels sprouts, do they smell? i know they are pretty bad if you boil or steam them so im just wondering. also, do you make all your cutlets and patties all at once in batches or everyday?

and how is that adorable chihuahua!!is everything working out with her?

I have to admit...overripe bananas are my favorite way to eat them.

It does look like a decent food day...I'm sitting at my desk craving tofu now.

Hello again!

Michelle, I don't think the brussel sprouts smell. Are they known to be smelly? I've only made them three times and roasted them every time.

I usually make my cutlets in batches during the weekend. I need to make more.

Buffy is doing great, thanks! She is becoming the Queen of the house very quickly.
