'Meat' and Potatoes Two Ways

Lunch was the first of the 2011 batch of Skinny Bitch Beef Stew. Excellent as always.
Dinner was another Ham Sandwich w/UTZ Natural Chips.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

I like to say Utz. Is there any wine in that stew?

your sandwich looks "gourmet" with all the stuff(guts) in it. i think they make powdered sugar stevia! im going to go look that up right now. how cool would that be to have a sugar-free frosting!

it would be as cool as that off topic comment!

That pumpkin dessert looks so yummy! I don't think I have actually ever seen vegan beef chunks. That stew looks like something I might be able to get my omni husband to eat.

I looked up that recipe - what type of vegan beef chunks do you use?

Hello, Ladies!!!!

FF, there's only 1 1/2 cups of vino in the stew. You could probably sub beer as I know you prefer that libation.

Michelle1, ugh! Stevia is so gross. I don't know how you can eat that stuff.

Deb, thanks!

Morgan, thanks!

Carissa & Blessed Mama, I use two packs of Trader Joe's Beefless Beef for the stew.

Rose, you are probably so sick of seeing the same sh*t here. Thanks for being so nice. I bought a bag of Lundberg Wild Rice today. Just gotta get a Butternut Squash, Parsley, Celery and I think I'll be ready to make that dish you posted last.

That stew looks so life-like, it sort of freaking me out.

I tried stevia once, and I couldn't handle it, either.
