Lunch today was at Cantina D'Italia.
This was my first time ever making Wild Rice, Alicia said it wasn't difficult and she was right! (Its not undercooked, that's just the Earth Balance making it looking wet).

Your chickpea cutlets look really good. Nice and crispy. What type of sauce is that on the cutlets?

It's just a Mustard and Caper Sauce (Dijon/Veganaisse/ Horseradish Sauce and Capers)
The sauce sounds good. I am bit of sauce fiend so I am always looking for ideas.
