Thursday, May 17th

The other half of my Sticky Fingers Blueberry (not Blueberries) Muffin for breakfast.
Kobe Grill was closed 'due to maintenance' (whatever that means), so I had to quickly find lunch elsewhere. I'm not saying where cuz even though only ten people read this blog, I don't want to malign a small business.
Blessed Mama's Maple Glazed Seitan Roast with  A1 Sauce (which does not pair well with this Seitan recipe. Stick with the HP) and Roasted Cauliflower for dinner.
Coming up tomorrow: More cake for breakfast. Lunch out with Mom.

Two blueberries?! You hit the motherload!! ;) I don't know why you've had such bad luck with getting more than 4 blueberries in your muffins, that is such a bummer! Maybe you should make some? Homemade are always better anyway.

Bummer about lunch! Way more than 10 people read your blog, but I totally understand and appreciate you unwillingness to name the restaurant. I'm the same way, I feel bad giving lukewarm reviews.

Dinner looks great! Love roasted cauliflower :)

Yay, cake for breakfast! Can't wait to see that! Have fun with your mom!

I take it that lunch wasn't that great, then? That's too bad, but it's very honorable of you to not name where you got it from.

Agreed. It's time for Shen-berry homemade muffins. I'll be roasting up some cauliflower pretty soon, myself.

Vegan Van Denver update: she was out of town last week, but there is a 60% chance I can hunt down the truck on Sunday.

At least you ended off on a high note.

Yup, there was more than one blueberry in that half of the muffin - wow! Your suggestion that I do a muffin giveaway once I am employed is again is looking like a good idea. Although I guess I would have to declare you the winner in advance.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, when I bake my own muffins, each one will definitely have more than three berries.

Molly, believe me, I wanted to smear gobs of disgusting ghee all over that restaurant on my site, but I refrained.

Ingrid, I intend to bake some breakfast cakes one of these years. Can't wait to see the deets on that food truck.

FF, meh, I've ended off on higher notes.

Miss Rachel, your future giveaway sounds as rigged as the others I've entered. Except in those, I was pre-declared the loser.
