Monday, May 11th

Trader Joe's Cornflakes with Coconut Milk for breakfast...
My Common Market Eggless Egg Salad was a bit past date, so I had to finish it all off and in doing so really stuffed myself silly...
A Vegan Treats Jelly Donut for dinner/dessert. Really great...
Every morning the bird feeder is somewhere on the ground and I have to search for it. This evening we saw someone who may or may not be responsible for some of this...Just laying there grabbing handfuls of seed and shovelling them in oh so casualy...so precious...
More comfort food tomorrow. Bye for now.

Ha! That coon sure does look happy. My VA grandma's birdfeeder is usually sabotaged by squirrels. I'll try to capture it next month. So far, she's talking Amish country...

That does look like a great lunch- I totally hate leaving a few bites behind though so i know what you mean.
Doughnut dinner looks like its busting with jam, hope it was as good as it looks.

Haha!! That racoon looks like he was aware he was caught red handed too! Mystery solved on that one....

I have decided i am done being sick regardless of the chest cough and general feeling of crapola. No biking today but i will in the morning! I'm convinced if i pretend i'm not sick then i just won't be any more...!!

Awww I love raccoons!! Such mischievous freaks!
The eggless salad looks good anyway, it's on top of iceberg lettuce? I bet it would be good with kraut too, if you like sauerkraut.
Fantastic looking donut. I found a deli yesterday that sells Vegan Treats cakes by the slice so I might just have to stop in... really pricey, though, and I ought to be saving money.

That raccoon is so content! As is the donut.

The raccoon picture is so cute! I love that they look like little burglars just from their little furry face masks ;)

Great looking meals! I guess this just means you need to get more eggless egg salad ;) You know I'm always going to love the pickle on the side. The donut looks amazing!

Yeah, I'm sure I could dip the cocomels… if it wasn't that much of an effort, ha. If I'm going to dip anything it's going to be strawberries… those are my favs!

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid, Amish Country?! I have only been there once and it was very nice. Lots of Farmers Markets so you will definitely be able to snack on fruits and vegetables up there.

Unknown, you and FF sound like you have the same mystery illness. Maybe others in NYC have it as well.

FF, the Eggless Egg Salad was on the leftover Shredded Lettuce from Cinco De Mayo. Like the Egg Salad, it had seen better days. Vegan Treats makes great stuff, but not worth going broke over. You can bake your own treats.

VP, the Raccoon was completely comfortable and relaxed. So adorable.

Abby, it was a great Donut. maybe one day I will get to try Cake Thieves Donuts.

Sarah, I dont think i have rver had a Chocolate Covered Strawberry. Will have to add that to my bucket list.
