Thursday, January 19th

Typical breakfast. Works for me. Currently.
Sometimes you just crave food made by someone else. So I really enjoyed my Butternut Squash and Kale Posole Soup...
and Vegetable Lo Mein from WF's today.
Boca Chicken Patties and Baby Spinach with Goddess Dressing for dinner.
The other half a slice of Coconut Cake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
Le Summation: As usual, I got nothin'. Probably explains a lot about my life.

I don't crave food made by someone else, I'm just lazy. More than I should be. WF is my in-home chef on a regular basis.

In summation, I'm so happy it's almost the weekend. :)

Your Whole Foods lunch sounds really delicious! The soup sounds comforting and nourishing and minus the honkin piece of bell pepper sitting on top, the lo mein looks great too. Still jealous of the coconut cake.

I've been working on making coconut cakes lately, trying to perfect one. I like the one I made for Christmas, but this one you've been munching on, looks light, and sweet and perfect.

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, do folks in Denver get snowed in or are you so used to snow that nothing keeps you trapped inside? I just ask cuz we're getting a bit of freezing rain tonight and it's freaking me out.

VaVa, how can you not like Bell Pepper? So odd.

Blessed Mama, working on making Coconut Cakes? What are you doing with the results of your experiments?
