WFH Wednesday

Lunch was a Tofurky Italian Deli Sandwich with Veganaisse and Tomato on toasted Ezekiel Bread. Bread & Butter Pickles on the side.
Inspired by this post, dinner was oven Kabobs, with Peanut Sauce...
Dessert was a slice of Devil's Food Peanut Butter Cake.
Lots of Charles Shaw Cabernet.

Just catching up on the blogs this week...loving the African tofu dishes...and the tofu kebabs...I'll be trying those soon.

Kabobs and cake! That is my kind of dinner.

On the earrings: I bought them from some random hippie chick peddling her wares in the vendor area at Bonnaroo, so I don't have a name or website. :(
