WTF Wednesday

Oatmeal Squares and Hemp Milk for breakfast...
'Mixed Vegetables and Tofu' (#22) $8.95 from Loving Hut for lunch....
The pot I burnt last week is looking better. Thanks to all for the cleaning recs...
Field Roast Frankfurters with Oven Fries for dinner...
No dessert. Going into the office tomorrow due to a meeting where lunch will be delivered by Potbelly. A bowl of 'Garden Vegetable Soup' will have my name on it, but I'm thinking that photographing it would not be a good career move.

Good career moves are overrated, I should know... hahahahaha!

Anyway... ;) I feel like every time you eat those oatmeal squares I feel a twinge of jealousy and I want them pretty badly. Nice job with the pot cleaning, it will house many more delicious meals. I can't wait to hit Loving Hut in March!! Yay!

While going in to work sucks, hopefully the soup won't. Boo for meetings.

Ah yes, the beloved Oatmeal Squares - yum! Now that you've broken the seal on summertime eats with the frank and spuds, I'm going to do the same. ;)

I completely understand the work-related photography issue. I usually snap my work lunches when there is only one other person in the grade level office!

Do the people who work at loving hut know what you want when you walk in? Like when Elaine would call the chinese delivery place and they just knew?
Your dinner fries look really great again today! Hope there was more ketchup for them post pic.
Why are there now pot belly shops in nyc?? I've never been but hopefully they make a decent soup for you.

So glad Mr likes the stew too :)
I would love a Vespa! but have reasonable fear it would be just a matter of time until it was stolen...vespas seem very romantic and european to me.

Niiiiice job on the pot. I hope mr. SV approves.
I feel ya on the work food photos. I have an unbelievable hatred towards the girl who sits next to me for more than one reason, but one being that she is JUST ALWAYS THERE when I wanna take photos of food.

I'm finally one of two vegans at work, but we never know if we should expect spectacular or dreadful. Either way, I always want to photog and can't because I know I shouldn't.

Or maybe someone will see you taking that soup photo at work and offer you a new career in Vogue magazine.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, maybe one day you'll venture out on your own and get away from that dang contaminated office. The Oatmeal Square aren't gluten free? I never checked. I also thought you always went south in May.

Ingrid, glad to know you have some faux meat and potatoes on hand. Let's hope that one person in your grade level office isn't a two-faced backstabber.

Unknown, they do know us at Loving Hut and at LPQ. So far, it's been a good thing, nothing uncomfortable. You are not missing out on ANYTHING by not having a Potbelly in NYC. Do not ever waste a meal there. If I lived in NYC w/a Vespa, I'd try to keep it in my apartment.

FF, Mr. SV can't gripe about the pot too much since I bought it so in the case of divorce, it would belong to me. You could try asking your co-worker if you could take her picture when you're about to photograph your food? Perhaps she'll be freaked out and scurry away for a while?

Abby, no, you can't photog at work when you've already drawn enough attention to yourself by being one of the two vegans.

Hannah, I'm pretty sure that Vogue magazine doesn't have any openings at this time. If we were living in an episode of 'Gossip Girl' then maybe...
