Sunday, September 15th

I'm still digesting last nights Cupcake, but after skipping breakfast because of it,  I just chose to pile more food on top. PF Changs has been on my mind lately, so I carried out MaPo Tofu and Spring Rolls for lunch....
Gardein Sloppy Joes and CSA Potatoes for dinner....
Half of a very hard (it is several months old) Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie from The Little Grill for dessert...
Below are two lovely ladies that rarely allow themselves to be photographed: Marmalade Umlaut and her stunning daughter, Mystique. I think Marmalade may have been feeling cranky cuz I woke her up from a nap when I came into the barn with my camera.
I'll be working from home tomorrow, so I foresee cold Cereal and a Radish and Cream Cheese Sandwich in my future.

I have never ever ever seen a cat with such green eyes. Takes my breath away a little bit.

Such beautiful kitties. I want to cuddle up with some kitties now. I should kick my bro and his family out of town lol! I still love that you named her Marmalade Umlaut by the way.

Oh the ma po tofu, yummy! I'm a sucker for a good spring roll too. I'm impressed that you kept a cookie for months. Do you freeze them? Or do they all find a home on the dessert trolley? ;)

Maybe I'll show you guys some food tomorrow ;)

Beautiful shot of Mama Marmalade and Mystique! Even cranky, she looks great!

Mmm. . .PF Changs looks delicious. I've seen those Sloppy Joes, and considered them but I wish I could sample before buying!

Your cats are breathtaking! They look very regal....
I accidentally missed breakfast myself in a rush to do too much before leaving my apartment. Which sucks because and hour later i wanted to eat my hand! Made do with the squashed emergency larabar in my bag
The sloppy sandwiches look tempting! And like you would need a stack of napkins.... Old hard cookies aren't really my thing, but to each their own.

I know this is a food blog, and the food (with the possible exception of the fossilized cookie) looks good, but those cats, that photograph - so beautiful. If I was the type of person to do needlepoint or cross stitch (and I'm NOT; I hate crafts) I would want to do one of that picture. Meow.

The picture of the kitties is gorgeous. It looks like something done in a studio! They're both so pretty, too. <3

Helmets always bothered me, too. My neck would get so sore from trying to keep my head upright while wearing one. The wind on bikes can be brutal!

mystique is gorgeous. Do they let you pet or hold them?

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, I so wanted to capture Mystique's literally emerald green eyes. I'm surprised you could detect the color in my pic. You must have a good quality PC.

Sarah, unfortunately, I didn't freeze the Cookie. Wish I had. Very excited that you're going to post. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

VGG, no Sloppy Joes?! Shame on your mother! They are a childhood staple. I hope you try some soon.

Ingrid, I highly recommend the Gardein Sloppy Joes. They're much better than that faux Pulled Pork product. Just don't use all the Tomato Sauce they give you.

Unknown, I can't imagine all the different breakfast choices you must encounter on the sidewalks of NY. No Bagelrys with Tofutti Cream Cheese near your house? Yes, this Cookie was hard as a rock, but my teeth survived.

Miss Rachel, I have no idea why the pic came out looking so much nicer than it should have. Just a fluke.

RVs, the thing I hate is having to pull on and off the helmet whenever we stop someplace.

FF, yes, you would never guess these cats were born feral in a woodshed. They're all so loving and very demanding of affection. Adore being brushed. Wish they lived in the house. Hopefully one day they will.

YOU TAKE THAT BACK YOU TAKE THAT BACK THIS MINUTE.

I was born into a staunchly Mac household. As in, at least 15 years before Steve Jobs made Apple cool. I still remember friends making fun of me in primary school for not having a PC...
